The approach to meet the health goals using evidence-based, practice tailored to the individuals needs. Motivational interviewing, stages of change and the understanding of cognitive behaviour therapy are the foundations of my practice.

Sarah Why BNutDiet

Sarah is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist with specific training in the treatment of eating disorders, disordered eating and the effects of long-term dieting. As a qualified Dietitian (APD), Sarah also manages chronic disease, age-specific nutrition, weight management, and healthy eating.
